Throughout this process, she was both a strident advocate for us (during negotiation, she got everything we'd wanted, such as an island in the kitchen) and a guide that made the home-buying process accessible for us. She checked in with us often and always responded to texts and emails within a day, if not a few hours. Mandy listened to our preferences and feedback and we ended up purchasing the first house she showed us - it was absolutely perfect for us (though she did encourage us to view at least one more house to be sure :) ). Selling my beloved home this year was exciting, sad, and stressful. Especially because the said home was a bit unique to the area in its size and floor plan. I had worked with Mandy several years prior when I was searching for a home to buy. She listened well and never showed me a property that was far from what I was looking for. When I decided to build, she gave me a list of four properties and listed them in order of what she thought I might like. Hah...I bought the first property on that list. She handled a sticky situation re that purchase with aplomb. When I decided to relocate and sell my home, I called Mandy. She held my hand, walked me easily through the entire process, and answered all my questions. She was a perfect combination of professionalism and friendliness. It was clear she knew the market and gently helped me understand what to expect. Going forward our expectations meshed. She advertised my home with professional-quality photos, presenting it at its very best. I had to make some concessions when an offer was presented. Mandy helped me make sound, informed decisions. When I moved out of the house and out of the state, I knew the house was in good hands right up the closing. Mandy is a true professional and it's very clear she cares about providing quality service to her customers. I think I made a very wise decision in choosing Mandy to handle my real estate transactions.
