As of February 15th, 2024, there are SIXTY EIGHT down payment assistance programs available in the State of Minnesota with more becoming available all the time.
The types of programs vary greatly and even if you didn’t qualify for a program in the past, you very well may qualify now. Existing home owner programs and programs that allow manufactured homes have increased significantly in recent years.
