Bemidji

Any route through Northern Minnesota should steer you to Bemidji. The most populated city within 100+ miles, Bemidji is the central location for many travelers and locals alike.

The notorious Paul Bunyan and Babe his Blue Ox stand proudly in downtown along with countless small shops and eateries. You will also find our Real Estate office just a few steps away. As you stroll through the downtown you will also find a wonderful Tourist Information lodge, a History Center, and a bridge crossing the Mississippi River, welcoming you to the First City on the Mississippi.

As you continue through, Bemidji State University spans a portion of the west side of Lake Bemidji offering a unique experience for many students traveling here to continue their education. Beautiful homes stretch around Lake Bemidji, with a Town and Country Club shadowing over the north end of the lake. Continuing eastward a State Park offers trails, camping and unique experiences. The Mississippi River outlet bridge offers the most beautiful sunsets captured countless times by passersby as they trek the hiking and biking trail wrapping around the lake.

Development on the South Shore of the lake offers new construction of real estate overlooking the lake with a modern yet inviting opportunity for ownership on one of the area’s most in demand lakes. Nearby events, restaurants and hotels offer an inviting location to call home.

Bemidji natives also find solace along the Mississippi River route as it winds through the area. Real Estate with river access is well sought after. Many clients enjoy the peaceful views, cattails and lily pads poking through the water’s edge as they birdwatch or relax on the end of their dock stretched out on their Adirondack chairs.

If finding a home on the water or edges of Bemidji is not your style, the growing residential developments or property ownership within the city offering walking distance to shopping or health care may be for you. Most real estate available in our area will highlight the neighborhood lifestyle and prideful homeownership.

The nearby towns, lakes, parks, sporting events, and art festivals will keep your family or guests busy for endless hours no matter what time of year.
