A: We have full time support staff to help you navigate contract writing, transaction coordination, and marketing.
Q: What kind of support does the broker provide?
A: Our broker, Mandy Faldet has been selling real estate in the Bemidji area since 2003. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry and the Bemidji area market, and she is completely open to sharing everything she knows. She will help you with negotiations, problem solving, help you set goals, and educate you so you feel as confident in your career as possible. She is available 24/7 to answer questions and give support you can trust.
Q: What is it like to work at your office?
A: We are friendly, welcoming and supportive! We operate more like a team than individual agents. We share ideas, problem solve together and have fun while doing it. We are active in our community because we love the area we live in!
Q: Do you have training?
A: We offer ongoing training for seasoned agents and have a new agent training program. There is nothing that is required other than what is required by law, but we believe that lifelong learning is the key to success and happiness!
Q: What is your office space like?
A: We have many options for workspace. Our office runs completely paperless, so you can have the ability to work from anywhere! If you’d like to work primarily from home or remotely, but need somewhere to land from time to time, we have open desk space and workstations available. If you’d like a private office, we have options there too!
